Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Kairoslot (kairoslot.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. What Kairoslot is

Kairoslot is a meeting scheduling tool: it lets you publish a page with your availability so other people can book time with you, optionally synced with your Google Calendar and with online meetings created via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secret, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be an adult to register.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Kairoslot to:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Send spam or contact requesters outside the purpose of managing their bookings.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.

5. Connecting Google and Microsoft

Connecting your Google Calendar or Microsoft Teams is optional and at your own responsibility. By doing so, you authorize Kairoslot to read your availability and create events/meetings on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings.

6. Bookings between users and requesters

Kairoslot acts as a technical intermediary between you and the people who book with you. We are not a party to the content, purpose, or outcome of those meetings, and we do not guarantee the identity or intentions of the requester.

7. Service availability

Kairoslot is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or make changes to the service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kairoslot is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service, including meetings that fail to occur due to synchronization issues with third parties (Google, Microsoft).

9. Termination

You may stop using Kairoslot and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; relevant changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date on this page.
